milkPOP Workshop at petitePARADE for the 4th Season!
On Sunday we set up shop at Industria Studio for petitePARADE and Vogue Bambini's Kids Fashion Week. We had a blast making milkPOP with all of the kids. Diddy's gorgeous daughters and their friend Harper stopped by to get popped by milkPOP!
Our signature tree and hand made milkPOP characters. I made the characters out of felt and sewed them by hand. I purchased wool balls and sewed them together on string. It was simple and made a beautiful decoration. My team did a gorgeous job cutting the triangles out of different colored paper and taping them together on twine. Home Depot helped me cut my tree out of birch plywood and then I painted it with grey wood stain. The trick is to wipe it down with a wet towel to get a transparent effect. Last weekend the incredible blog Too Scoops Kids brought us to Atlanta for their one year blogiversary at the cutest placed called The Little Nook in Buckhead. Our milkPOP tee shirt workshop was a huge hit and the event was adorable! Atlanta is a fantastic city and the people are so polite and warm! We stopped at Roots Juices for some incredible pressed juice. We can't wait to vsiti again soon! milkPOP and Too Scoops collaborated on a really cute ice cream tee shirt featuring our character Farrah colored in shades of vanilla, butter pecan and chocolate deluxe to promote Unity Through Art.
